We have a statutory duty to promote the interests of customers. We do this by setting prices to deliver quality, customer and environmental objectives at the lowest reasonable overall cost.
We are working now on the next price review, which covers the period 2010-14.
- The review timeline shows the main milestones, leading up to publication of our final determination in November 2009.
- We have undertaken two major consultations. The first on our overall approach to the review and the second on our methodology for the main areas of the review.
Our focus now is to work with Scottish Water to make sure we collect the information we need to carry out the review. This will include guidance and feedback to Scottish Water on its business plans.
