Register of licences

Under the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005, the Commission is required to maintain a register of licences and keep the register available for inspection. The following pages contain the register of licences and related information. Hard copies are available upon request at the Commission's office. Requests may be made to enquiries@watercommission.co.uk or by telephone on (01786) 430 200.

The following entities have been granted water and/or sewerage services licences under the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005: 

• Satec Limited (water and sewerage services licences granted 2 August 2007);
• Aquavitae (UK) Limited (water and sewerage services licences granted 15 October 2007);
• Scottish Water Business Stream Limited (water and sewerage services licences granted 11 January 2008);
• Osprey Water Services Limited (water and sewerage services licences granted 1 April 2008);
• Ondeo Limited (water and sewerage services licences granted 7 May 2008)
